ONE+ is built with sustainable Scandinavian materials that require minimal maintenance.

A thin outer panel made from Superwood, which is a Danish invention where Swedish wood is impregnated into the kernel while being environmentally friendly. The unites are fully insulated with energy efficient windows and sliding doors from Velfac for low heating costs, while the pergola outside the sliding doors provides shade from the sun.

ONE+ is built in Swedish wood of well skilled carpenters at our indoor production site here in Scandinavia and delivered complete and in one piece.
