ONE+ is designed by Lars Frank Nielsen, who is one of the founders of the international well known Danish architect company 3xN.
ONE+ houses are complete from the beginning. They are delivered in one piece and includes the veranda in front of the house as well as a pergola and electricity and are fully isolated.
We emphasize on Nordic sustainable materials.
The combination of sustainable materials and high-level construction quality reduces maintenance and ensures a house for generations. The construction quality also makes it possible to move the house in the future, if needed.
Our modules are finished under roof at our production site in Scandinavia and transported by truck directly to your lot, where it is put into place with a crane. This way there is no building site on your lot and no need for weather worries while building.
Before delivery you receive a drawing explaining how to prepare for the foundation and after delivery you need an electrician and perhaps a plumber (depending which house variant you choose) to connect the house.
Transportation
ONE+ is in general delivered by truck and put on
the prepared fundament by crane.
Electricity and plumbing are connected by local experts.
Transportation costs by truck varies from country to country some actual price examples from transportation companies.
- 15 SEK/km wiithin Sweden and on Själland, Denmark
- 17 SEK/km to Fyn, Denmark
- 19 SEK/km to Jylland, Denmark
- 27 SEK/km to Germany and Holland
Additional cost are loading and unloading cost. The cost varies but est. 1300 SEK/hours.
Ferry and bridge cost is not included.
The truck is a normal size truck and do not demand extra space, but is ofcourse a heavy truck. If truck is not possible to your lot, please contact us for another solution.
Extra big crane, depends, but the lates prices we have been offered is around 3500 SEK/hours.
Prepared before delivery

After delivery
- A local carpenter connect the house to fundament according to add a room's information
- If more modules should be connected, a local carpenter connect it according to add a room's specifications Estimated, 1 day per connection
- Connection of electricity and plumbing Estimated 4 hours for the electrician and one days work for the plumber
