Compact smart living

ONE+ is a modular small house concept from Scandinavia, a cooporation between Denmark and Sweden, choosing high quality materials from both countries. The concept is based on 15 and 20 sq meters modules.

The various  ONE+ modules can be linked together in different ways to create a variety of designs and meeting different needs, kind of lego building blocks for adults. The house includes deck and pergola as well as posibilities to connect other outdoor facilities such as outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower, all to make the houses feeling bigger and erasing the lines between out- and-indoor. Quiet simply, we call it compact smart living!
